Dr Sun is just the best. Very professional and reliable. Open and honest communication, highly skilled, they take their time for you and make you feel comfortable. Also for kids a great place to go, my kids like going to the dentist now. I would highly recommend her.Also, no billing isues at all. They are very open and clear, very friendly, patient and they put a lot of effort into communication with your insurance to get the best out of your insurance.

Dr. Sun is the most AMAZING and NICEST dentist ever!! She is very gentle and really knows her stuff (Harvard trained!!) I had a lot of bad experiences with expensive dentists in Naperville who were rude or didn't know what they were talking about (one told me I needed a root canal-- I got a second opinion and they were completely wrong!) So I'm writing this review because I've finally found a wonderful dentist!Anyway, the staff is so friendly and always takes time to answer any questions I have. They even have massaging dental chairs 😛 I even heard another patient say that they get better sleep after their dental appointments b.c it is so relaxing!Dr. Sun has a wonderful, warm personality, and I really trust her with my dental health!

One of my Japanese friends in Naperville, who used to be a dental hygienist, recommended Dr. Sun to me.How lucky I was!Dr. Sun is definitely the best dentist that I've ever met in my life over half a century. She is so friendly, kind, CARING and well-informed about the state-of-the-art facilities. I am so satisfied with the dental work she gave to me.Her staff are so nice as well. They kindly explain the procedure and the expense to me, who is not familiar with the dentistry in this country.I went to a Japanese dentist in Schaumburg before but I'm sure I won't be back to him again.

Dr. Sun and her staff are always so friendly! I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist but I definitely don’t dread coming here like I have with dental offices in the past. The front desk is very easy to work with and welcomes me with a smile. The hygienists do a great job; I’ve never had a bad conversation with any of them and I feel they finish in a timely manner as well as hit all my checkpoints in a cleaning! Each time I’ve had more serious work done the assistants have been lovely and very accommodating/understanding that I’m a little nervous (which helps a lot!) And Dr. Sun is definitely one of sweetest dentists I’ve ever had, plus she’s great at what she does! My teeth have been looking and feeling great since I’ve started going here.

Dr. Sun is truly the best dentist I have ever had. I live in the city and do not like driving in traffic but I make an exception to go to Dr. Sun's office. She truly cares about her patients. She always recommends what is best for her patients and never forces patients into doing something that is unnecessary. Her procedures are top notch. Her staffs are super friendly and always welcome me with a smile. I have recommend Dr.Sun to many of my friends and I would recommend to anyone.

I moved to the area last year and have been to White Eagle twice for cleanings and twice for dental work. Dr. Sun and her staff are so friendly and really make you feel relaxed. Wow! Dr Sun was a wonderful "find" for me. I was delighted to become her patient.When you think about what you want in a good dentist, she's got it! She's well educated (Harvard), caring, concerned for others, and she's got a very efficiently run office. Each person with whom I've had contact, shares these characteristics. Scheduling is easy and when you come in, there's very little time spent waiting. But, I never feel like I'm being rushed along when I'm with the hygienist or Dr Sun.

Dr. Sun and her hygienists are the best. I moved to the area less than a year ago and have had two routine visits already. I worked at a dental office previously so I'm very picky when it comes to dentists. Dr. Sun is very nice and seems to have a genuine interest in her patients. I had the same hygienist both times and she made me feel comfortable.My husband, who is terrified of dentists, has also seen Dr. Sun and he really likes her as well. They are open until 8pm one night a week which is perfect for my husband. No need to take time off work, can't beat that.The front desk staff is very friendly and the girl seems very knowledgeable about insurance pricing and procedures.Definitely recommend for anyone putting off those six month cleanings!

Dr. Sun has been my dentist for as long as I can remember (at least 15+ years). She is always so nice, and she remembers everything about your life! It's like you're her only patient. She's amazing. I'm planning on moving soon, but I will probably come back every 6 months just so I don't have to see another dentist.
